PLEASE READ THIS OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS, AMONG OTHER THINGS, A LIABILITY RELEASE AND WAIVER.
This Official Rules is a contract between you and BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. (“BNEI”, "us", "we" or "our") and applies to your participation in the Promotion. This Official Rules is subject to our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Official Rules and the Terms of Service, this Official Rules shall govern.
Additional terms provided by us (including, but not limited to, contest rules, codes of conduct, or terms on official website or any tickets, collectively the “Agreement”) may also apply. Unless otherwise indicated, any additional applicable terms are incorporated by reference into the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Official Rules and any additional terms, the additional terms shall govern.
1. ELIGIBILITY.
The CODE VEIN Ⅱ World Photo Festa (“Promotion”) is open to individuals who are at least twenty (20) years of age or the age of majority in your countries or states as of the start date of the Promotion. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates (companies under common control with Sponsor. The notions of parent company, subsidiary and control shall be understood as per article L233-1 and seq. of the Commercial code.) vendors, and their respective immediate families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS WORLDWIDE. THIS PROMOTION IS VOID IN QUEBEC, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD.
The Promotion begins on September 25th, 2026, at 19:00 (JST) and ends on November 23rd, 2026, at 23:59 (JST) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER.
To enter the Promotion, you must have a valid X account and complete the following steps through X (“Entry”):

1) Follow (i) “CODE VEIN” series official X account (@CODE_VEIN) or (ii) “CODE VEIN II” (@CodeVeinGame); and
-
2) Use photo mode to take the picture of a character you created and post the picture along with the following information:
- (i) #CV2WorldPhotoFesta;
- (ii) The title of the picture; and
- (iii) The application category.
Please note that you will not be eligible for this Promotion if any of the following apply:
- (i) If your X account is set private;
- (ii) If you unfollow the official “CODE VEIN” series X account (@CODE_VEIN) or delete the relevant post before the Promotion ends; and
- (iii) In any other cases Sponsor determines inappropriate in its sole discretion.
4. APPLICATION CATEGORIES.
- 1)Exploration Category

Please post pictures that capture the essence of CODE VEIN II as you venture into “the land of death” alongside your buddy.
Example)
- 2) Battle Category
-
Please post cool, flashy pictures capturing the excitement of nail-biting battles.
Example)
- 3) Custom Category
-
Please post pictures that showcase the unique personalities and charms of vampire hunters.
Example)
- 4) Fun Category
-
Whether you're exploring inside or outside Magmel, please post pictures that capture the fun.
Example)
Important Notes for the Entrants:
- (i) No limit to the number of pictures or the number of categories you can enter per account;
- (ii) However, you may not apply the same picture to multiple categories (only one category per picture); and
- (iii) Please note that even if you apply multiple categories, you cannot be selected in more than one category (one entry per account).
Examples)
Good: Apply picture 1 of Character A to the Exploration & Battle Category and apply picture 2 of Character A to the Custom Category
No: Apply picture 1 of Character A to both the Exploration & Battle category and the Custom Category.
Prohibition
The creation or application of pictures listed below is prohibited. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, remove or revoke any Entry if Sponsor determines it falls under any of the following.
- (i) Includes elements that violate any intellectual property rights or any other rights of a third party;
- (ii) May offend public order and morals violate the human rights of any party, that the Sponsor otherwise determines inappropriate; and
- (iii) Violate these rules or are not otherwise suitable for publication.
5. FEATURED PICTURES SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.
Featured pictures will be announced on the official CODE VEIN portal site during late December 2026 to early January 2027, along with comments from the production team.
Important Notes Regarding Pictures Applied for this Promotion
- ・Applied pictures must be taken by the entrants themselves.
- ・Sponsor may resize applied images as necessary and use them on Sponsor’s official social media accounts, official website, official programs, and other related materials. Please note that no compensation will be paid to entrants for such use.
Important Notes Regarding X
- ・If you participate in this Promotion, please comply with X’s Terms of Service and other rules.
- ・If you enter the Promotion using multiple X accounts, you will be disqualified.
- ・Please refrain from posting content that violates public order and morals or contains personal information.
- ・Please do not enter the Promotion for the purpose of reselling.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.
The Promotion is subject to the Official Rules and the Agreement. By participating, you agree: (i) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Agreement; (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or/and the Official Rules and the Agreement; (iii) that Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion if it, in its sole discretion, determines such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in any way; (iv) the prizes are provided “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied; (v) to release Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities together with their respective directors, employees, officers, licensors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage including but not limited to injury in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in the Promotion; (vi) participating in this Promotion is free of charge but internet connection is required to enter which will not be covered by Sponsor; (vii) that Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; and (viii) and that the laws of Japan without regard to conflict of laws provisions, will govern all disputes and claims arising out of this Promotion, and shall be brought exclusively in the Tokyo District Court.
7. LICENSE TO CONTENT.
By entering this Promotion, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the extent permitted by applicable local law, to Sponsor an irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license for the whole duration of the applicable legal protection of intellectual property rights to represent, reproduce and adapt on all digital formats, distribute, publicly display and perform, and otherwise use the Entry and the design and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Entry and design, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to a claim that your Entry and/or design infringes on the rights of any third party.
8. PRIVACY POLICY.
Any information provided by you will only be used for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://legal.bandainamcoent.co.jp/privacy.
